1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to coaching, consultancy, training and professional development services provided by Nolene Sheppard's Coaching Services, operated by Nolene Jean Sheppard, a self-employed freelancer based in Germany.

1. Services Offered

3. Care Management and Healthcare Leadership Coaching

6. Personal Development Coaching
7. Women's Empowerment Coaching
8. Corporate Training and Consultancy

Services may be delivered online or face-to-face, depending on the programme and arrangements agreed.

1. Complimentary Introductory Discussion

Prospective clients may arrange a complimentary 30-minute introductory discussion before committing to a coaching service.

This discussion provides an opportunity to explore individual needs, objectives and expectations and to determine whether the proposed coaching service is appropriate.

There is no obligation to purchase a service following this discussion.

1. Bookings and Appointments

Clients may book services through the website or contact Nolene Sheppard's Coaching Services directly by email or telephone.

Bookings will be confirmed once the service, appointment details and applicable payment arrangements have been agreed.

1. Fees, VAT and Payment

All fees will be communicated clearly before a booking is confirmed.

For business clients, prices may be displayed exclusive of VAT, with 19% German VAT added where applicable.

For private clients, the final price including applicable VAT will be displayed before purchase.

Payments made through the website will be processed using Stripe or another payment method expressly offered at checkout.

Invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable German tax legislation.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients are requested to provide at least 48 hours' notice when requesting cancellation or rescheduling.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated before the booking is confirmed and will be subject to statutory consumer protection rights.

Where the coach needs to cancel an appointment, an alternative appointment or appropriate refund will be arranged.

1. Withdrawal and Refunds

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, clients will receive the relevant withdrawal information before entering into the contract.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable German and European consumer protection legislation.

1. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted, including circumstances involving serious safeguarding or safety concerns.

1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to participate actively in the coaching process and take responsibility for their own decisions, actions and personal development.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Specific personal or professional outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

1. Nature and Limitations of Coaching

Coaching services support personal, professional and organisational development.

They do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice or financial advice.

Care Management and Healthcare Leadership Coaching relates to professional development and leadership within healthcare settings. It does not constitute clinical care or medical treatment.

1. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, presentations, documents and resources remain the intellectual property of Nolene Sheppard's Coaching Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

1. Complaints

Clients are encouraged to contact Nolene Sheppard's Coaching Services directly if they have concerns about a service. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve concerns professionally.

1. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
